Founder Dorian Patton brings more than 25 years of experience across workforce training, industrial safety, leadership development, and employer-aligned preparation. As a retired U.S. Air Force veteran and workforce leader, his approach is practical: prepare people for real expectations, connect them to real pathways, and help Port Arthur grow its own talent.
